Cooking Directions:
In a large bowl add the Yellow Mustard seeds powder and mix with the turmeric powder.
In another bowl mix together the dry white wine, the vinegar, the sugar and the salt. Stir well.
Slowly add the wine and vinegar mixture onto the mustard seed powder and mix with a spatula to obtain a creamy and homogeneous sauce.
Let the homemade mustard sauce set for about 15 minutes before serving.
